Effective Date and Expiry Date
- Effective Date: The coverage under this policy will be in effect while the insured start leaving from residence or office in Thailand for traveling.
- Expiry Date: The coverage under this policy will expire when the insured returns to residence or office in Thailand, or on the expiry date as state in the schedule.
Exclusions
- Not cover for Pre-existing conditions.
- Suicide, attempted suicide or any intentional self injury.
- Abortion, miscarriage, normal pregnancy.
- Dangerous sport playing or racing.
- Action of the insured while under the influence of alcohol or addictive drugs.
- While the insured is riding or traveling on a motorcycle.
- While the insured is taking part in a brawl or taking part in inciting a brawl.
- Other exclusions shall be referred to the insurance policy.

** In case the applicant knows any fact but declares false statement or fails to declare it, in which should the company acknowledge it prior, the company may increase the insurance premium or reject the application, this insurance policy shall be voided, according to the Civil and Commercial Code, Section 865. The company has the right to dissolve it.
