Claim process

If you choose to receive medical treatment at a hospital outside of our network, you will need to pay upfront and reimburse us by the process below: 

1. Claim Form 
– Outpatient form
– Inpatient form
2. The original medical certificate which specifies the diagnosis and treatment methods
3. Original receipt that shows details medical expenses

You can submit the evidence for the claim above yourself by visit the office or by registered mail to Claims Division, Thai Health Insurance Company Limited, RS Tower, 31st Floor, Ratchadaphisek Road, Dindaeng Subdistrict, Din Daeng District, Bangkok 10400

You should submit the documents within 30 days of leaving the hospital but if there is a reasonable cause that you cannot submit such evidence within the specified time. You can send it after that period. However, claims cannot be made after 2 years after the start of medical treatment.

You can receive compensation by transfer money to your bank account, please inform your bank account number to the company.
