Due to a severe earthquake with its epicenter in Mandalay, Myanmar, at 1:20 PM on March 28, 2025, tremors were felt across multiple areas in Thailand. Significant damage occurred in Bangkok, particularly affecting high-rise buildings, including the RS Tower, which houses the headquarters of Thai Health Insurance Public Company Limited.

For the safety of our personnel, policyholders, and all related parties, access to the building will be restricted while inspections, repairs, and restoration efforts are underway.

The company has therefore decided to temporarily close the office space at its headquarters, Thai Health Insurance Public Company Limited, located at 121/88-89, 31st Floor, RS Tower, Ratchadaphisek Road, from March 31 to April 1, 2025.

Starting April 2, 2025, operations will be relocated to a temporary office at 129 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, until it is confirmed that RS Tower is safe and fully operational. The company will provide updates as soon as there are any changes to the situation.

The company has implemented its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure that insurance services, claims processing, and customer support remain operational at a certain level. The primary focus remains on delivering the highest benefit to policyholders, which is our top priority.

To keep all stakeholders informed, the company will announce the temporary headquarters closure and relocation through notices at the office, our official website (www.thaihealth.co.th), and all company communication channels.

We would like to inform you that the compensation for our individual health insurance has increased considerably as a result of the recent increase in medical expenses at various hospitals. Meanwhile, we have maintained the individual health insurance premiums since 2009 for over 15 years, and is obligated to raise premiums by approximately 100% for policyholders aged 1-10 years and by approximately 38% for all other age groups for policies effective January 1, 2025, and beyond.

Nevertheless, for health insurance plans beginning from January 1, 2025, our company will offer a 10% discount upon renewal in 2025 to policyholders who did not file a claim in the preceding policy year and we aspire to sustaining this elevation in premium for a minimum of the next three years, provided that medical expenses do not escalate more
